Mylot algorithm of calculating money is just simply wonderful and it decieves all of us.The rating is not the sole important criterion.You can improve your rating by replying in one liners but i am sure the money you earn will be far less than 10 points earned through some good posts.It works that way
so dont just simply try to increase your rating,buttry to respond useful stuff and i am pretty sure that all ur earnings will improve.
Now work the hell out for the last three days ..this month is abt to get over.

No, its n't bad. Keep it up and do n't loose heart. I think that if we write atleast 3 tags for each post and write good answers for each discussion then we earn good income on mylot too. I have its personal experience and once i made $9.47 in thrice of days. Anyhow, do n't loose heart.
