taking over this world (spanish ppl)

I never thought the Spanish people were taking over the world. Actually I don't think anyone is taking over the world. However I have often wondered if Spanish speaking people are taking over the US, i.e. the Spanish language is becoming more widespread in the US than ever before and not far behind English. I thik it's the US's fault for letting illegal and legal immigrants get away with too much. They demand that their children get US paid education, in Spanish! I think if anyone moves to another country and expects to get the benefits of being a citizen of that country, education, medical aid etc, should at least learn the language.
