There's a global industry in stress management, from dubious self help books and courses to dedicated careers in trauma counseling and equally sincere hardworking support groups.
What works? What really helps? What would you say are the main sources of daily stress? Does advice help, or just tell you what you already knew? Do you like or resent a "feel good about yourself" approach to your problems?

hello there! For me, when i am stressed, I go into the room by myself and turn on some music, usually oldies, motown or some blues. I think that family issues and money issues nowadays are the causes of people's stress levels. I do, however, think the a "feel good about yourself" approach is the best way to go. If YOU feel good about you then so will others because that is the personna that you emit! noe of self worth and comfidence!

Finding people who experienced the same problems and found a way to overcome them is extremely helpful and here some books are not so dubious, if they are written by a competent author.
Another way to deal with stress is to use natural mathods - aromatherapy, listening to a favourite music, good bath, talking to a friend - whatever you feel comfortable doing.
