I have been surrounded by snorers all my life! My father and brother have sleep apnea and when they snore you could here them 3 floors away! They both now have had treatment. I have snored a few times loud enough to wake myself up but apparently snore quietly now. My mother snores loudly as well and her dog snores as loud as a human!

Yes my boyfriend snores and keeps me up at night. I've tried earplugs but I can still hear his snoring through earplugs. Usually I just leave and go sleep on the couch, but he gets irritated that I leave in the middle of the night. Usually if I fall asleep an hour or so before he does, I won't wake up in the middle of the night, so I try to go to sleep before him.

Snoring is definately keeping me awake at nights!!It is so loud it is incredible!!My g/f keeps me awake all night!!
It seems that my snoring wakes her up so she elbows me to get me to stop so my sleep is very disrupted.

My brother says he's heard me snore. But it's not a problem for me. I don't snore all the time. I think I only snore when I'm really sleepy and in a deep sleep mode.

Its a plain, Not its a train, no its a twister, no wait it is my b/f sleeping.....yes he is loud...I thought I would be use to it b now for my uncle was just as bad but my b/f snoring is so bad it wake him up and keep me from staying over unless necessary. The old elbow in the rib trick doesn't help no more so I am thinking abut find other alternative to stop this nightmare.

Yes my partner snores all the time. Thankfully it's become such a habit that it doesn't wake me up too much anymore. The one thing that does wake me up though, is when my partner starts sleepwalking. The things he does ranges from getting up and turning the light on, to him deciding that he's going to wash the duvet, and me waking up to find that the duvet is disappearing out of the bedroom door. It's not very pleasant, so all you sleep-deprived people, please spare a thought while you lay there listening to your partners snores, for us poor stressed out partners of sleep walkers, who lay clinging onto our duvet covers for dear life!

Apparently I'm the one that snores... Eric tells me he wakes me up all the time, but I never remember it. My friend Chris had that little ball thing in the back of his mouth cut out. It's what they do for people with sleep apneas. He had to have the procedure twice, because it grew back the first time. He doesn't snore anymore though.

my lover does snore, i dont know if all night or just shortly after falling asleep. but it isnt loud. besides it makes me laughing, i dont mind it at all, moreover i like it. he is all perfect and so is his snoring. i dont wake him up to makle him stop but it takes me longer time to fall asleep. as for myself nobody ever had complained that i snore or make other weird noises at nighrt so i guess im clean. but it would be good idea to recorn night sounds of my bedroom. hehe

well, my husband is in denial. We have even recording him sleeping and snoring away. He claims we doctored the tape. I have found myself hitting the couch more and more often.

I snore, and he snores. Last night he was asleep in minutes, and snoring up a storm. I have gotten really good about sticking one of my hands under his pillow and pushing up on it just a little. That either stops the snoring all the way, or makes him wake up enough to roll over, and the snoring stops...even if it is only long enough for me to go to sleep, too. Apparently last night after almost 2 hours of trying to get to sleep with him snoring, I finally managed to doze off. He woke up go to the bathroom , and by the time that he came back I was sawing logs "big time" (he says). So when I woke up about 30 minutes later, he was in another room sleeping (and snoring again). I think that it is direct result of us both being overweight, but even as I lose weight, it seems to get worse instead of better. I know that we both probably have sleep apnea, since I lay there and listen to him not breathe for several seconds, and it is scary. We both are tired when we wake up, and a lot of times I wake up with a headache.
