How many cents u earn for per click from your google adsense?

I use Google adsense on my website.But my earning is very poor.I'm using adsense for the last four months and I have only earned 5 dollar so far in the last four months.Now a days I get only 1 or two cents for per click.Is it natural or do you think I should get some more cents for per click?Please help me with your suggestion.
