Help a luekemia patient

Ceci and I - This is Ceci (in her wig, all of her hair fel out during chemo and radiation) and I December 2006. She doesn't like to think about her sickness and is a real trooper, she tries so hard to hide how bad she feels.

http://www.stuffafriend.biz/members/lilttownmama/ This is something that I am doing to help raise money for my cousin, Ceci, she is nineteen years old and has a beautiful one year old little girl named Alyssa. She was diagnosed with A.L.L. Leukemia with the Philadelphia chromosome May 2006. It is a very rare type of A.L.L. leukemia and the doctors are treating it experimentally. She lives in Mobile, Al, but is undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatments at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham. Unfortunately she does not have any health insurance and is in desperate need of help with her medical and living expenses while she is having to stay in Birmingham. On September 1, 2006 she had a bone marrow transplant, in December 2006 she was found to have gvhd, and found out that her liver is failing and her body is attacking her intestines from the gvhd. The only treatment that can be used for her is for her to be on steroids right now, and we are not sure how long this will last, or how much longer she has left. All of your help and prayers are greatly appreciated. Thank You

Maybe you can ask for support from THE MAX FOUNDATION. The website is www.maxaid.org. This foundation is for patients suffering from blood related cancers. I hope this would help. God bless you!
