Does anyone on this network workout?

I like to do eliptical training and also a little resistance training with weights to try to keep in shape. I also do good old fashioned situps, and pushups when I am at home. Anything to get the old heart rate up. Do you workout? Are you part of an exercise group? How often do you work out? What are your favorite workouts?

i weightlift 3 times a week use an exersize bike /rowing machine 3 mornings a week and run/bike ride 3 nights a week ime out of training due to being sick at the moment cant wait to get back into it

thats strange half of my message didetn post..... favorit workout is on the weightlifting routine working the biceps and legs the feeling the day after a good workout not being able to move my arms and legs due to d.o.m.s makes me feel the workout was worthwhile

I work out three times a week at Gold's Gym. I alternate body parts each of the three days and use the elliptical machine after every workout. The owner will be putting in a dry sauna soon. I'll be using that as well.

I do workout but seriusly slacked off over the holidays..I'm getting back at it today though...I absolutely LOVE working out and intend to get back to 5 days a week and up to 2 or more hours a day just until I drop these extra lbs then I'll probably drop it down to 1 hour a week until the summer when I can pull my bike out...biking outdoors is my ALL TIME favourite type of workout and around here with it being so hilly its a great workout! other than that though I'm a yoga and wts fan above anything I think...

Yes a workout. I can't say I'm part of an exercise group, when my friends want to go to the gym with me it's great because we have a blast, but if they can't I go by my self. I try to go as often as I can, 3-4 days a week is my aim, but some times I can go so often 2-3 days a week. I workout to develop my musculature mass, but I don't over do it.

Hey, i am a fitness freak. I regularly goes to the gym and workout 5 days a week. I start my daily worlout with some cardiovascular exercises, followed by streching and then lights weights, finally some abs exercises...But, my favourite workout is aerobic exercises, they are fun while working out along with the nice loud music!!!
