vegetables are full of protien and vitamins - compared to meats that full of cholesterol - i wonder if a vegetarian will live longer than the meat eaters ?? what do you think?

I dont beleive in this stuff. The balance diet includes fish, mutton and chicken which equally important. I dont really understand when people say that they are pure vegetarian and they drink litres of milk which is a product of an animal. I do agree that meat has lots of cholestrol but i have been hearing very often that sea foods are the best to have it does not contain higher amount of cholesterol and a very good source of protien and vitamins specially a fish.

Yes to some extent its correct that they live longer then NON-VEG its because of their diet food but whats the use of living long life without taste.
