there should be clear rule about copying !

do you guys ever feels that you're not copying or intend to copy anyones topic discussion, but somehow someone think that you did ! then mylot deleting your topic without any further confirmation. what's the clear rule ? what if i've searching for pages and i don't find any topics then i start that topic, and suddenly some people said that 'hey ! i've post to similiar discussion like this months ago !' who's fault is that ? my fault for not finding the topic that i would like to discuss ... or mylot's fault for making this sites so frustated and unfriendly for user that wants to browse on topics ? or ... your fault for not responding to those topics months ago so it lost in the back of the mylot archives ? im really frustated with this copy things ... some of my topic were deleted, and now each time i want to open new discussion, i must search on the similiar discussion that probably left behind by its topic starter ... does anyone have any comments or suggestions regarding this matter ?
