I find it hard to believe you have any
fat by looking at you but...
Don't do any more sit-ups, they're
bad for the back.
Do these two exercises daily and
you'll notice a change very quickly.
1. Crunches; Lay flat on your back,
put your feet on a chair or other object
that is about 30° up from the floor.
Place your hands behind your neck &
head. Point your elbows toward the
ceiling. Pull yourself upward like
a sit-up but only as far as your
shoulders come off the floor. Do not
pull up with your arms but use your
abdomen muscles. Do 3 to 4 sets of
15-20 crunches.
2. 90° Leg Raises; Again lay flat on
your back with your legs flat this
time. Put your hands (palms down)
under the base of your back or your
bottom, whichever is more comfortable.
Keep your back and head flat and raise
your legs & feet together until they're
90° from the floor. Remember to keep your
abdomen muscles tight. Lower your legs
almost to the floor and repeat. Do 3 to 4
sets of 15-20 raises.
Adjust the number of reps and sets as is
best for you. I'd really like to know how
your progress is. Good luck. ‹(°¿°)›

I appreciate both your compliment and the effort you took to respond with this discussion...thanks so much. I promise to take time to do all of these that you have taught me. And thanks also for the info regarding situps..I didn't know that its bad for the back. I bet you're physically flattering. God bless! =)

Thanks for the nod. I don't know what you eat
but eat healthy. Never diet, it will screw up
your metabolism.
Good luck. Somehow I don't think you'll need
luck. You'll commit yourself to it once you
start to see the results.

try doing different kinds of sit-ups (with obliques). try doing pilates, it help you look lean and not mascular. try doing group exercise such as combat or kickboxing.

on situps--i used to do this before as my form of exercise but it was revealed to me just recently from a physical fitness trainor that situps are not really advisable as it is bad for the back. You could read the information here from jumpingjack who fortunately responded with this discussion. You may want to read it.

do the crunches, i think it's called crunches like laying down and supporting your legs on a cushion like thing. ur stomach will build muscles out of the fat and u will look leaner. i have a confusion with the name between the one u do by laying down and pushing the circular stick above your body. i think it has the same effect but not sure if it's for the purpose of cutting the flabs or that it serves some other purpose

Im sorry my friend, but it really is just a case of re developing your stomarch muscles. I know i know its boring, but in time it really works. If you dont like sit ups, try belly dancing classes i know these work from my own personal experience
good luck
