Now a days, Korea have so much drama series in TV. In the Philippines, when you open your tv. you can always see korean drama playing. Do you watch this stuff? My wife bought a DVD of a certain korean drama. She watched it for 3 days straight. Whats up with that.

I didn't understand it either, until I watched a korean movie about 3 years ago. I was so impressed with the production values, and quite fascinated with their storytelling style that I decided to watch another one. Then another one. I guess I was lucky that the first three korean movies I saw were really good ones, because that was when I got hooked. I mean, having to watch subtitled movies can be a CHORE when all you want to do is relax at the end of the day. But somehow they were worth it. After the movies, that was Mwhen I decided to try watching a Korean series. The first series I watched was Hotelier. That title wasn't even a new series, but it was still miles away from how we (in the Philippines) make our series. What you could do, if you wanted to understand your wife, is try watching one. (I recommend Jewel in the Palace).
