cleaning down feather coats?

I just got a white down feather coat from Abercrombie & Fitch for Christmas and when I was in class today I realized that there was a little red on it. I just looked at it, and there is a huge red stain all over the coat!! Does anyone know how to clean it so it will be white again?!
