satelite surveillance

I am shiju.from india. Its 2 years satelite surveillance take charge on me.and till continues. Its too tough to oppose such like this harasing technology. And the main problem, i have tooppose the harasing from indians also. I file many petitions and forums through internet.but i think there is no more hopes. But i get some financial help ,ie i one a an online lotto and i have also an account in their lotto. The problem is only way they suggested is only through credit card.I have credit card.But the aplication is throug web.And i dont know the cvvcode. I ask for help in our bank[Federal bank.thripunithurai.kerala] to know about cvv.But they insult me and told me that they dont know the cvv code. i think if there is a day without satelite surveillance in india,the chances is too to become to be my last day.
