I bake a special valentines cake for my love, and make a lovely card and special dinner by candlelight for him.

I guess the best way to do with your chocolates are to made them into a flower bouquet. Actually I just remember watching some tv programs about that. It's really when chocolates becomes a bouquet of flowers. On sayings or quotes , I don't know if you like this but for me it is already nice. Or perhaps you can make a collage for both of you. My quotes runs like this, "I wrote your name in the sand and it washed away. I wrote your name in the clouds and blew away.
