My Definition for Friendship is:
A Friend is a person who is with you when the whole world is agianst you.

A friend is an ally, a trusted person, someone who's in good terms with another. As the saying goes, "no man is an island." Friends are your companions. Someone who is ready to lend a helping hand. Someone who'll always be there for you when the going gets tough.

Good answer. I wanted to add to it, a friend is someone who likes you for who you are. It doesn't matter if you are rich or poor or whatever. A true friend will always "get your back."
