Women activities in Kitty Parties?

What are the main activities carried out by woman in Kitty Parties? My wife is insisting me to allow her to organise kitty party in the home? I was just curious to know what do the women do during kitty parties because men are not allowed in such parties. She told me that such parties are for women only.

Apart from refreshments which would depend on the kind of kitty beng organised which could range from only cold drinks to full fledged refreshment it involves playing games which could be puncuality , tambola and some other games basically to enjoy together. That's it and there's no harm to organise it at home.
