Does Afzal deserve Presidential pardon?

Afzal guru, as he is called, was convicted as one of the brains behind the Parliament Attack case a couple of years ago. Do you think he deserves Presidential pardon. Bear in mind, there are already 20 or so applicants for the pardon(waiting on Death Row).

I am attaching a picture of the guy for your sake. he recently submitted a 'signed' appeal for mercy, after his initial unsigned appeal didnt arouse the president's attention. he is a bundle of contradictions today. He says he didnt sign the appeal initially because he is not guilty. In his signed appeal now, he admits that what he had done was harmful to India....!

The president should not show any mercy to this terrorist. What will be our answers to martyrs who have laid down their lives saving our democracy.
