Yes he is a bold man and he is taking very good decisions.He has amde it straight that perform and stay in the team if you don't you are kicked out simple and straight.Good work Dilip Vengesarakar keep it up.

Regardless of who is the chairman of selector is, i don't think they will be able to perform well in indian cricket because of the lots of internal politics and region bias, etc. But regarding the the dropping some of the senior players because of non-performing is a good decision. I guess all the non performing players regardless of their seniority should be dropped if they did not perform well for long time and the youngsters who are waiting to break into the indian team should be given a fair chance too.
