How loud do you snore?

We know snoring is a serious sleep disorder. We're only aware of how loud others would snore. Like for an example of my dad, i know how loud he snores including the chokes but how can we really know the volume of our own snores?

i dont snore attol. if anybody snores then i cant sleep attol .

You can ask your close family member to mimicre and show you how you snore. Alternatively you can keep a tape recorder on in your bedroom, to hear your own snore in the morning.

We cannot know how loud yourself are snoring. Maybe who sleeps beside you will tell you.
