meet in real life / myLot

how many of you have met a person in real life that you met online. i tried to meet someone once and they saw me and said that they had chickened out but i think there was more to it. i didn't lie to them or anything gave them a real good decription of myself and they didn't show must say was realy disapointed about them and changed my opinion of them afterwards. how about your stories on this subject...

I would never meet to anybody who I met on the internet... I can not say why. Probably because they are only virtual for me, and I would like them to stay that :) Sorry my friends :))

thats ok your entitled to your opinions and to keeping yourself safe. but you must admit you might be missing out on some really nice friends.

Perhaps I would miss them... But I never let anybody to belive that we can more than virtual friends. I mean till now. If I feel that somebody wants me to be more than virtual friends I alwas finish the relationship. I did it always.But I do not know the future of course.

i have a boyfriend whom i met online last december of 2005. and we met last november of 2006. we had been chatting almost everyday before meeting. and we even send each other packages, cards and handwritten mails through the regular postal system. so, before really meeting in real life, we already more or less know a lot about each other. and i wasn't disappointed. he's the really sweet boyfriend i met online and in real life.

glad it worked for you. the person i was supposed to meet i was chatting with almost 2 years and never met she saw she left...lol

i havent meet anyone in person from online chat yet. i dont think i can do that. my girlfriend is so strict.

i'm one of those person who meet an online person into real life but i never talk to him i just see him..i just watch him why? because i don't trust him..i don't really tell him my proper attire that very day..there's a staff there who is wearing color red shirt as what i have described my attire that day..she approached the girl..and ask who she is..and the girl is very innocent but it's good he don't insist to force himself that he's the man i am looking for.
