Carbonara

Well i like to cook on my free time and i'm fresh out of ideas for cooking carbonara, maybe someone could post here their own recipe so that i can get new ideas.

I usually use bacon for my carbonara. I've also tasted carbonara using shrimp or tuna.

well i normally use bacon too (crisp bacon bits, not the soggy rubbery style) plus the baconfat for more flavor. Good idea on the tuna and shrimp. Thanks!
