Nanny Suggestions

I am a nanny and was wanting any suggestions on how I can be more proffesional and what parents are really looking for. Have you ever used a nanny? What qualities did you look for? What should I charge for 40 hours a week as a nanny? I charge 10 an hour. Is this over priced or under priced? Im just starting out and I really want to do it right. I love children adn I have day care experiance I just want to get ideas of what people are really looking for in a nanny.

if i was to hire a nanny,i would want to see a police report.frist {i would go get one} an referance from were you worked before or anyone you babysit before.paying you at $10hr is $400 per week there is no way i would pay that to a nanny,thats more money then what people brings home a week from work. you at price to high.for 1 child i would charge $60. a week {40 hr}
