Your Favorite Person?

Hi there. I would have to say most likely it would be Nephi for me just cos of how Heroic he was and how he stood up to his Brothers like he did. Catch ya later.

I would have to say Alma is my favorite person...at least so far. Maybe when I 'get another message' when I read it again, it'll change. :o)

I think Enos is my favorite person. He goes out to do a little hunting and then all of a sudden he starts thinking about his life. I can relate to that. You finally get a little peace and quiet and the all these thoughts start popping in your head. It great to know that he starts thinking things about the Gospel and then his own guilt sets in. He probably done a whole lot of things he wasn't proud of. He probably thought, he was so bad, God couldn't forgive him. It must have been pretty bad, for he thought all day and all night about it, but finaly he turns it all over to the Lord. Then he starts feeling this great peace. Its such a wonderful feeling to know that you are forgiven. He rejoices. He might have to go hungry now, for not getting any game that trip, but his spirit has been truly fed.! What a wonderful example!

I'm still making my way through for the first time but when I was having the discussions with the missionaries I got a lot out of Alma. Right now I'm reading cover to cover and poor Nephi with his brothers who never seem to learn really has my sympathy.
