Where to check a website ranking performance in various search engines?

Well, I had recently created a few websites of my own, and I have submitted to a lot of search engines and web directories, and I guess what I need now is to track the performance for my websites. Anyone with tips on how to track a website ranking in various search engines? Thanks a million.
