Windows or linux?

I preffer and use windows because it is more userfriendly.

I prefer Linux ! With the distribution called Ubuntu linux becomes easy for everybody !

I will recommend Windows, it depends if you don't require more function,the security is useful for you then go for Linux.

I use both and for what I do on the internet either works just fine for me. My husband owns his own business and he prefers to work with Linux because of the reduced cost (especially with Vista coming out at such a high price) of overhead and the great difference in his ROI (return on investment). Also, the size (speed) of the computer you need to run Linux is much less than what Windows (especially Vista) needs to run.

As per my opinion Windows is far better than as linux because of user friendly approach, as easy availability of large no. of softwares. And mostly every person can use windows so it is eas to pass on any information

I use windows only and it much simpler than linux..and linux is much secure than windows therefore in most of the offices they use linux eventhough it is complicated.

I think linux is hard to study, some degree like dos,line command.

System wise, I am using Linux.. but its all under the command line. But if im doing graphical projects, I prefer Windows third party software (Photoshop) It is still better than the GIMP of Linux.

Preference is dependent on the computer usage nature. In a networking environment, I think I prefer linux to windows. That's my own choice.
