According to Indian Tradition, the women receive great respect and then the menfolk. In India particularly in rural areas, the olderwomen is known as AMMA (mother) and younger women known as AKKA (elder sisters) and little one are known as THANGI (younger sister). Whether people know the women or not, they respect them as above.
