Who would you throw the ball to?

As per the current form I would say India should throw the ball to Pointing.Also Symonds is a big hitter than Ricky

i would thow the ball to sreesanth or sachin or kumble

5 runs 2 win in da last over of da WORLDCUP 2007.ponting & symonds r da batsmen on da crease.well! buddy 1st of india have no chance 2 qualify 4 da final but let suppose they r through 2 da final & da situation raised by u comes then also india have no bowler who can stop ponting & symonds from scoring there winning runs.ponting will hit a six of da 1st ball & will through his team home...

My choice will be zahir khan because he has the ability to beat the batsman. but yes it would be really difficult for any bowler to ball because when batsman like ponting and symonds are on crease and they need only five runs, it will make any bowler a bit nervous.

Looking at the current form of all the players in the indian cricket team then i shall give the ball to Sachin or Zaheer.... And wanna know keeping regard to the conditions of the pitch and atmosphere then have look at this: Its underlights and there is moisture on the pitch with relative help for spinners then go for Sachin Its in da evening and the ball is well maintained with the little shine still on one side then i shall give it Ajit Agarkar or Irfan Pathan(only if in form) And its a belter of a pitch with no matter what conditions then shall give it to Zaheer Khan

i will give the ball to harbhajan...because he troubled ponting and symonds in the past....

i'll throw the ball to kumble!!Most experienced man to handle the pressure!! Might even give it to sachin remembering once he bowled india to win against South africa long back under same circumstances!!

there is only one person..and he is Wasim Akram..in my opinion he is the most smart and intelligent in the cricket history...and he is also a master a bowling yorkers which is the only ball which can save those 5 runs..

no doubt sachin... but at such a situation with either of ponting or symonds match will go for aussies only

It appears a pretty bleak chance of India making it thru.. 5 runs required with such good batsmen to bowl to, its in the batsmen's favour. In the present team, i think v may have to gamble with Sachin n hope his 1 boundary-ball doesnt come in that over. I wud like to c what ppl come up with if v cud choose any bowler, irrespective of the team. My choice wud be some1 like Shaun Pollock or Glen McGrath; but, even their length can be predictable at times

i think sachin tendulkar would be best bet as he is the only player who has got the nerves to stay calm under these situations , he has done in the past against south africa nad west indies ? does anyone remeber those games

C'mmon man...There is little chance of winning a cup from that point of view...Ponting and symond in crease means,they still have about 5 wickets in hand... Hmmm... Sachin is my choice...But I don't think tht it would do any good. Because if India was batting,and sachin and say,irfan was batting,and even McGrath was bowling,I say India won the match!!!

definitely it would be sachin tendulkar..even if i assume that i hve the option of bowling all the bowlers.sachin has a history of coming up trumps in these situations and it would be difficult for the opposition to read him as he can mix his leggies and offies with some seam up stuff as well. the situation favours the batsmen so you have to take a chance by doing something different.

i would give the ball to sachin tendulkar...there is none other than him in the present team to bowl in tight situations..

I would choose SAchin Tendulkar. Curently, he is the only bowler who has a lot of variety in bowling and can hold the opposition at bay.
