As what i noticed, Most of the shops or store items are for women or girls..like if you go to malls..most of the boutiques or shops there are for women. Does it signify that women are so materialistic than men? And according to studies women love to shop more compared to men. But is there something worng being materialistic? I would say its ok to be one as long as you dnt steal or pressure your husband so you get that thing you want.

I think it's women's nature of being materialistic, in the sense that she indulges herself w/ these material things so that she will look good & presentable to others esp. to their boyfriends or husbands. It's a good feeling being appreciated of how one looks or carries herself. It helps reflect good impression on ones personality. It is ok to be materialistic but not to the extent of being unrealistic. Dont crave for something that you cannot afford.

Sorry ! But does the word Materialistic means physical materials only. It does not seem to be materialistic in physical but in case of emotions. Men are more materialistic than women on general.
