I am an Asian and I eat rice, breakfast, lunch and dinner but I am not now trying to minimize eating lots of it. Most of the time I just eat vegiesalad or sandwich for dinner.

oh, brazilians eat rice everyday aswell. Rice and beans every single day. a bit tiresome i must say as im used to vary my food being an european myself. but well you gotta take the custom where u go i guess. :)

I'm not from Asia but my husbavd is from Egypt,another coutry that eat the rice very much.So i cook it often just i try cook it with many diffirent way.
