Credit cards - the good the bad and the ugly

Hoe many credits cards do you have ? What type of credit cards are they, Visa, MAster card ?
Do you think it's a good idea ?

well i do have many credit cards, but i think they can be described as an evil necessity......u may not want want them but u also need them in times of emergencies.

I do have only one credit card. I have a mastercard. I didnt want more because I'll have more reasons to spend. The worst thing about credit cards is when you pay the interest on your bill.But anyways, it may help you in times of emergencies like when you forgot to bring your wallet.
