Yes I stare on a person when I am furious on him/her to show my anger. I want to convey message to him/her about my feeling through eye contact.

i stare at those who make me angry and then i tear em apart...:) as far as staring at girls is concerned i dont its just weird ya but i did stare at a pic of Anne Hathaway for a while once hehehe lol!

yes i stared alizi the franch singar but she will never dream it that some one dream me and like her creation ,, i think wt beuty the one have that created her

If they catch you lookin at them they'd just think you're having a perv! On the topic of staring, I hate people who stare at you on the train
