Depends what you do? I mean what manner of employment or enterprise you undertake. At the moment UK but the cost of housing, either rented or bought is much higher than other wealthy nations, with the possible exception of Japan. In my home town a small one bed flat might cost £600 a week and £140,000 plus to buy. This is often the way were earning are high so is the cost of living. All the best urban

You need to be more specific in what you mean. The Euro is worth more than the USD, and even the British Pound is worth more. However, if you go to any currency converter, such as http://finance.yahoo.com, and scroll to the coverter, you'll see that 1USD is worth like $.20 in Kuwait. A similar exchange rate exists in Bahrain. However, given the state of the Middle East, especially to a lot of Westerners, it may not be safe, and thus not the "best."
