Has anyone had any trouble with teeth whiteneng?

I have been whitening my own teeth for about 20 years now. I had problems like that for a while but I just cut down on it. I still use OTC whiteners at least 3 times a week. I always use the gel that you put in mouth trays. It's "White Plus". I've used other brands though. They are basically all the same and are really effective if you soak your teeth with the mouth trays. I don't know what toothpaste you are using but Sensodyne always helped me when I had that problem.

I know whitening can cause that kind of sensitivity but I've never had the courage to have mine whitened. Good luck with it. Someone mentioned Sensodyne. My son uses that and really likes it.
