I recently became interested in aromatheraphy. To me, it is not just about massage. There are more aspect of aromatheraphy that we should know.
Besides massage, there is also the usage of the right essential oil for the right treatment. Recently, I bought a home spa and would do my own aromatheraphy by adding essential oil and bath salt.
What would you like to contribute so that all of us can learn.

Not sure where you are living in but there are ways we can get to economize on this. Home spa is one way. Rather than spending much going to commercial spas, one can actually do it at home. Imagine that with a home spa, you can do it anytime you want. That's the advantage of it.
I buy essential oils and bath salts to complement my home spa. It cost less this way.
Hope this helps you to think differently.

Old fashioned lavender water
It's a classic that has been used for generations and it's one of the simplest aromatherapy treats to make.
600g fresh lavender heads
1 litre spring water
Heat the water and put it in a jar with the lavender heads. Shake well and leave the jar somewhere sunny for 24 hours. Filter the lavender out using a coffee filter. If you want a stronger smell repeat the process, adding more lavender. Store in an atomizer or bottle in fridge

Speaking of lavender, it is a great herb. Recently I bought some lavender tea. I'd prepare a pot at night before bedtime. The result is that it soothes your mind and nerves and you will definetely have a real good sleep.
Try it, everyone, it works.
