Why r innocent people punished????

i wish I can explain that with some sound logic..because in this case I am as clueless as u are..all I would therefore say that it should not happen and every responsible individual shoud try in his/her own capacity to try and stop such things from happening..

its all due to their karma in the previous or present life

This is the rule of nature that the species that is weakest becomes the victim. This is true in every context whether it be wild life or urban or rural life. These can't be stopped but only be prevented to be done with ourselves by making ourselves strong mentally, physically, financially ,spiritually and socially. I prefer mental, physical and financial strength over all others.
