Um, what are you asking? If you have a job, then yes, you can get money. You also need a bank/credit union. That's it. Now, if you're wanting to do online purchases, most of which need a credit card, what you can do is either sign-up with paypal (I think you need to do that to sign-up here), and request their "debit card." It has the Master Card logo on it, so it can double as a credit card. If not, go to said bank, and as for a check card. It will usually be a Visa or Mastercard on the logo. As long as you have money in the bank, you have your 'credit card.'

Im not sure about your question. If you are referring to needing a credit card to get paid by mylot, then the answer is no.
