why some people type with caps?

Maybe they want to be heard loud and clear,maybe they can't see the small print and have to type big so they see what they are typing.You never know why they do it why don't you ask them why they type with caps.

I think that typing with caps is equal to screaming. I dont use it. I dont like when someone else does it, but what can you do right.
