Using a web camera

I have recently got myself a web camera and we use it to talk to my husband when he is abroad. He can see my little girl and me and we can see him.I think its a wonderfull thing to have. Hve you ever though of other ways you can use the web camera? Apart from the obvious xxrated answers. How about if all had a web camera and medical centres had them too,we could just logg on and show our doctor what the problem is !! What else do you think they can be usefull for ?
