Is pizza good for health? if yes how?

I have read in a science magazine that pizza is not good for health. It said that pizza contains too much callories and you get fat.

Yes, it is loaded with proteins. But too much can cause weight gain.

I don't think it is. Think of all the cheese and sauce and all the crap you put on it. Parts of pizza can be healthy, but in general it's not. But you do get a lot of protein from the cheese and if you put vegetables on top of it you're getting other vitamins and nutrients you need. But pizza as a whole is not good for you! There are many other foods you could eat to get much better stuff for your body.

well depends pizza can be good for health if taken in modrate quantity and taht too with lots of veggies and less cheese. On the other stand pizza can be bad for health if you eat much of it and that too with topping of meat and full cheese. I am a pizza lover and prefer making it at home with lot of veggies on it.

well i like pizza very much, since they consists of nutritious vegetables i think its healthy for us, but may be not for fat people coz of cheeze

Pizza is good for your health IF:
You choose a pizza with vegetable toppings or at least very minimal meat, cooked with Olive Oil and not other oils.
Pizza is NOT good for your health IF:
All there is in the toppings is meat and it is not cooked in Olive Oil.
If you are a meat lover, just make sure not to eat pizza every single meal of everyday. Try eating it with vegetable salad to balance your diet. That's the trick! And though it is expensive, try ordering pizza cooked in olive oil as much as you can.
