So how many people out there are in or have done a long distance relationship? How has it worked out for you? I am in one now have been for abit. I been married to my husband now for over 5 years and we now have to be apart for abit. We are doing just fine with it its hard don't get me wrong, but we have grown so much closer to each other and relaized what is important in life and whats not. We have fallen in love all over again. He is in west coast US I am in east coast canada. We do see each other when we can. Its very hard but when you love someone very much you make it work no matter what your situation is.

that's the beauty of being in a long distance relationship. we tend to make things work no matter how hard it is. we need to keep the faith and hope inside us, though sometimes they seem to fall out. we get stronger with every longing and loneliness we take. we have to believe things will be okay. no one could ever understand how we feel, only us! remember GREAT SACRIFICES COMES WITH GREAT REWARDS!

I have never been in a long distance relationship, but I totally understand your situation. the same thing happens when we have to part with someone who is not necessarily your spouse. Even a sudden separation from your parents or brothers or sisters can bring forth such strong emotions, depending on the closeness you sahred. But the positive side of it, as you can see, is that you grow fonger. Some people say that absence blots people. but never so, if it happens to be someone whom you love sincerely.
