I do not like milk chocolate. I do like dark chocolate. I like cakes and cookies mostly. The chocolate is not bad on your teeth it is the sugar. Anything sweet with sugar is bad for your teeth if you do not brush it off.
Yes. Toomuch of anything is good for nothing. Chocalates contain theaflavin like antioxidants and good for rpevent aging. But contain more fat and sugar which are not health friendly in higher amts
