why do guys cheat?

guys and gals cheat the same... guys just get caught and girls are more supicious

We get restless and wonder how green the grass is on the other side.

It's in their genes, they are programed that way, as far back as our earliest ancestor's. It's that whole propagating the species thing that most of them cannot overcome.

I think that there are a variety of reasons, I have many examples of the different ones, Some guys are just plain players and cant commit. In my experience there were many factors that led up to the actual cheating, I am not going to go into the details due to privacy reasons but neither of us were sure about if this was what we really wanted in life, he was having a PTSD thing and I had just had a baby and was being a B word from hell, The army moved us and we were living with his parents for a month, I had a huge fight with his mother, and being a mommas boy you just dont do that. There were many things, But I have forgivin him, now our relation ship is like brand new and we are getting married again next year!! There are some cases though like I know a couple that has been married for 26 years and he just uped and left for another woman, He is having a mid life crisis. I guess for everyone there is a different reason, But I also think that sometimes it can be the thing that makes you realize what you really do want in life!! I am not condoning it, only saying that if it does happen, and you want to stay together, if you realize that person is really who you want, you must forgive and FORGET or else it wont ever work.

Guys cheat for the same reason that gals cheat. why differentiate between the sexes when its done with gr8 blashphemy everywhere.

because they r cheaters.....the cheat from woman.......is it not cheating and copying related in anyway..............haaaaaa

this is a wrong concept that guys always cheats womans. I have seen that womans cheat guys. One of my friend was in deep love with a girl but the girl cheated him and marry a rich man and she told my friend that she used him nothing else. Now my friend is totaly broken. Is that a man cheat a woman or a woman cheat a man.

I think guys cheat because, they have no respect for themselves or women. For some of them it may be a power trip to make them feel better about themselves.

for some it's a power trip, for others it's the grass is greener stuff. but not all guys cheat so it's probably a matureity thing too.

I don't think it's a power trip at all. I think mostly they just get bored with the person they're with or they don't receive what they want out of the relationship.

basically guts are girls cheat.but i think da reason guys cheat is either cuz dey are players and cant stay in one relationship but mayb cuz dey hav problems in deir relationship so dey move to another...i think guys like to cheat cuz dey like to try different relationships but its wrong but who am i to judge mayb dey got hurt in deir past so dey turned out to be players u never know.but i agree always forgive and forget its da best thing to do

some cheat, cuase they're too afraid to leave their wives/kids, and are too chicken to talk about it. Or cause of fighting, or they're not getting any...

Id love 2 know the answer 2 that one!!! Or why when they get caught they still deny it! As if were idiots or something,I totally think its a power trip, they brag 2 their buddies like their the coolest or something.Then kiss your butt later.

Well i think they cheat because some of them just don't know what they want.I was cheated on a few months ago and this boy had me walking through town crying my eyes out.Did i mention this was after avoiding me for about three weeks.
