why won't anyone take part in my discussions

I've posted discussions that have received NO responses, and there was nothing wrong with the discussions. It's just the nature of the site. Because there's so much choice, it's hard for people to see everything that's here, and with new discussions happening every few seconds, it's not surprising some of the discusssions get ignored. It's like a huge party with everyone talking at once: only some of the conversations with take off! :)

hey i am also facing a same problem.. all the time when i post discussion i just recieved 2 or 3 responses... where i always put qualitative discussions.... i think people prefer to reply to quick questions... or questions putting by their own friends...

I find that when I add people as my friends I would hope that they respond to MY questions first and I do the same for them. MOst people dont do this though. I am constantly getting rid of my "friends" on here. Best thing is to have good Questions and good tags.

You should start as many topic as you can with at least ten tags so they can find you. Make friends and reply to them, they will reply back to you if they know.

I have found that using the tags and entering keywords help increase the number of people to my own discussions. It makes it easier for people to find discussions on topics they are interested in. I'll add some to this post as well. Good luck!
