humba is a special filipino dish made from pork meat marringated with special filipino spices, simmered for long hours that makes it so soft and tender, i relish this dish so much that sometimes i feel like i have been drugged, because of its fat... the only person who can really cook this dish to its best is my wife...if you need the recipe dont hesitate to write to me.........
