Importance of balanced diet......

We all know the importance of balanced diet but we never follow except few. I try to follow but i fail after few days. We need to be more stable. We should have more of vegetables, salads, soups, fruits and should avoid junk foods. We must drink atleast 6 lts of water in a day. balanced diet would surely give u a baeutiful life...what say

We grow tomato, onion and drumstick as of now in our garden
I love carrot and ladies finger very much
I love eating veges it very good for health and i take them regularly

the one I could say is, how many hours do you work w/o a complete meal? sometimes people while inside the office have their own diet just eating vegetables only? it will weak you if you don't have enough balanced diet. It is a good essential if you eat both light meat and more vegetables can do to increase your balanced nutrition.
