Workout Pattern

Do anyone have a fixed workout pattern to reduce flab, gain weight and increase body indurance??

I do weight training as heavy as I can lift 3xs a week or more. Crunches faithfully as well!

I try to work out every morning before I go to work for about 20 minutes. I just use an exercise dvd or I watch fitness tv for an exercise show
