drink lot water, low fat meals, veggies, low carb
do cathes workout, the firm or gilad, bill blanks tae bo, keep record of you food instake and workout , you will see progress..

I try to work out every morning before I go to work for about 20 minutes. I just use an exercise dvd or I watch fitness tv for an exercise show
