well nice question yar...different person has different views in their life.i think there is some frequency for mind. i mean different people have different character and so their freqency may vary. if two person have same character then it is sure that both their minds are in same frequency range.
i dont think i can answer all these questions. not even me, no one can answer these questions...except GOD
