do you like mushroom soup ! i simply love it ! how to make it at home any tips share recipe if possible

I love mushroom soup too! There are many different kinds.
Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 T./30g unsalted butter
2 shallots, peeled and minced
1/2 tsp./3ml dry thyme
1 lb./450g brown or white mushrooms, cleaned and chopped
1 T./15ml all-purpose/plain flour
1/4 cup/60ml dry sherry
3 cups/750ml whole/full-fat milk
1 tsp./5ml fresh summer savory, minced
1/2 cup/120ml heavy/whipping/double cream
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley to garnish
Melt butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and saute shallots until tender. Stir in thyme and mushrooms; saute until mushrooms are tender. Stir in flour until absorbed. Stir in sherry and about 1/3 of the milk. Cook, stirring, until thickened and beginning to bubble. (Add more milk if necessary to keep from clumping.) Add remaining milk and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, until thick enough to coat the spoon. Stir in summer savory and stir about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in cream to finish. Taste and add salt and pepper.
Serve garnished with chopped parsley.

I love mushroom soup and will add more mushrooms when I cook. By the way, I cook using campbell and I absolutely love the taste. I don't know how to cook it by myself. But there is a stall in my old school, the uncle cooks really delicious mushroom soup. Taste better than campbells.

I love cream mushroom soup over toast, but I do not make it, I buy it from the store already made. Yum!!

Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup onions -- chopped
1 pound fresh sliced mushrooms
6 cups water
5 teaspoons beef flavored bouillon
2 cups carrots -- sliced 1/4" thick
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons sherry
Cook mushrooms and onions in a little water to keep from sticking in a large saucepan.
Cook stirring until onions are tender 5-10 minutes. Reduce heat to low.
Add remaining ingredients except sherry. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
Remove from heat and stir in the sherry.
