How to configure Net meeting ??

U can use VNC.....its just like VNC on netmeeting u can see remote desktop and u can do anything on remote pc . but same work can be done by remote desktop in XP and also external softwarew availbale on net thet is VNC... just install VNC and at both the end and configure PC remotely...

In winxp there is no shortcut for netMeeting. To start it, open run window and type, "conf", without "". It ll start the application. In net meeting you will need to know the IP address or the name of the system. Just enter the preferred address and press call. It should start ringing on the other computer. When the other person accepts it, you both can start talking, text chatting, share white board etc. Call conferencing is also possible. And yes to check your microphone and speaker, just run the wizard to set it up properly for you...Hope this helps...

we use netmeeting in the office... i think first requirement is that you have to be both in the same network... you can see your ip address in help-about windows netmeeting... then you give your ip address to the person who will be calling you... you can share your desktop and allow the other person to control your desktop...

well you start it and give the ip address of the other persona that you want to talk to and pressdial, let the other person know to open their netmeeting messenger and then wuala! :)
