Live in relationship or marriage!!!

Hi Friends!One of my friend,who is in her mid age..is still single .. she wants to have her own family .. as she's tired of living alone .. but she has a problem : 1) She loves a guy .. but he's not interested in marriage or any further family bonding. 2) She has a colleague (15 years elder to her)who loves her and ready to marry her .. she likes him as a friend but little hesitant in getting married with him.. since she finds him quite elder ... At times gets so confused that whether she shud go for Live in relationship or marriage ... pls. share your opinion to guide her better ..
